Pals Paper Arts Challenge 135

Happy Memorial Day!

Here's my card for the PPA challenge. I used the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set and embossed the "Thinking of You" with white embossing powder on Basic Gray card stock.

The blossoms and sentiment were colored in with Stampin' Write Markers. I decided on Cajun Craze for the blossoms after consulting the Color Coach to find a color to coordinate with the Baja Breeze background from the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper.

Here is a list of the Stampin' Up! products I used to make this card:

Stamp set: Thoughts & Prayers (Wood-Mount 113252, Clear-Mount 127805)
Designer Series Paper: Twitterpated (125406)
Card Stock:  Basic Grey (102128), Whisper White (100730)
Stampin’ Write Markers: Basic Grey (119703), Cajun Craze (119701)
Tools: Stampin’ Emboss Powder in White (109132), Heat Tool (129053), Color Coach (120148)

Yesterday I went to our local Memorial Day parade. I got there late, but got a little extra walking done trying to catch up with the crowd.  Here's a picture of the traditional finale featuring the guys from the fire department.
