I'm back and feeling better everyday

Sorry for the long absence. I've mostly been gone from the blogging world due to personal health issues.  I'll spare you the gory details, but the good news is I'm doing better!

Despite my health issues, I attended Stampin' Up's 25th Anniversary Convention in July. I couldn't miss out on the fun, even though my doctor advised against it.

Here's a picture of me holding up this year's convention bag.

I also brought over 170 cards to swap.  Here I am with my WOW swap cards.

I finished up my 76 cards while I was at Convention.

Here's a closer look at my WOW cards which were inspired by Stamping School. 

Even though Convention was two months ago, I wanted to share that once again it was a highlight of my year. I love seeing my demonstrator friends and enjoying the excitement of it all. Everyone is always so friendly and even with 5,800 in attendance, the joy of sharing was ever so present.

Watercolor Pencils and Crayons being discontinued

 

Due to unforeseen problems with our supplier for Watercolor Wonder Crayons and Watercolor Pencils, Stampin Up! has decided to discontinue these two products.

Watercolor Pencils (item 101879) and Watercolor Wonder Crayons Brights Collection (item 119804) will no longer be available effective immediately.

Now for the good news! 

We still have the remaining collections of the Watercolor Wonder Crayons available to order. The Subtles (item 119802), Neutrals (item 119805), and Regals (item 119803) Collections are only available while supplies last.

April's "Best of Butterflies"

Did you know this is Stampin' Up!'s 25th anniversary?  Yep, 25 years. I can't believe Stampin' Up! existed 22 years before I discovered them 3 years ago.

To celebrate, Stampin' Up! is bringing back some of the most popular stamp images and combining them into 12 sets.  They are being released one set per month during 2013. And along with these great classic images, each "Best of" set will include a never-before-seen image! So cool!

Some things to remember:

• Previously released stamps are not the same size they originally were.  (Please print and refer to the stamp set flyer for accurate dimensions). 
• All Best of stamp sets will include 3-5 images, including a never-before seen image, and will be priced at $14.95.
• While Stampin' Up! is releasing just one Best of stamp set per month (with a new theme each month), all of the Best of sets will be available until March 31, 2014.
• A new flyer will be released every month for each new Best of set.
• All Best of stamp sets are available in Clear-Mount only.
